Eric B. Kang is an associate attorney at Restivo & Murphy LLP and is licensed to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey. Since joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Kang has been a valued addition, demonstrated by his work ethic and effective role in the successful resolution of cases from inception to trial. He maintains an uncompromising stance in fighting for clients who have sustained serious injuries as a result of others' negligence. Mr. Kang's prior experience includes interning for the Honorable Martin E. Ritholtz of New York Supreme Court, Queens County, and working for a mid-sized defense firm, experiences which have afforded him a unique and invaluable opportunity to hone his litigation skills.
A lifelong resident of Queens, Mr. Kang graduated from Hofstra University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. He is an active member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and also serves as a mentor at PALS (Practicing Attorneys for Law Students Program, Inc.) where he provides guidance for law students with their professional development. Mr. Kang is fluent in Korean.
