About Joseph Parise

Joseph B. Parise is an associate with Restivo & Murphy LLP, joining our firm in 2022. He earned a Bachelor’s degree cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany in 2006 and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2011. Following his admission to practice law in the State of New York in 2012, he has practiced exclusively in the personal injury field.

Mr. Parise began his legal career serving as in-house counsel with a medical malpractice insurance carrier in New York State, where he gained invaluable experience and insight concerning defense practices. In 2017, he joined a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Manhattan and has successfully advocated for plaintiffs since that time. Mr. Parise’s practice concentrates on effectively representing clients who have been seriously injured in a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other general negligence claims. Mr. Parise is involved in all phases of litigation from inception through trial. Mr. Parise is fluent in Italian.
